Chronosynthesis Productions is a Colorado corporation founded by computer professional Jonathan Lybrook in 2002, built around a simple belief: things worth building are worth maintaining for the long run — whether that's a Perl or PHP web application still working in production, or a hand-pulled print pulled from an etched intaglio plate. Our attention to detail remains the same.
We began building HTML sites in 1996, building on the website work we did with the Geological Society of America in conjunction with AES Consulting. From there, we moved into production engineering on the reference database team at Genomica Corporation, processing public-domain human genome data sets. We also built database-backed web application systems for HIPAA compliance, and scalability.
That same patience carried over into printmaking. Chronosynthesis's studio work in photogravure and intaglio follows the same principle as its legacy code maintenance: slow, deliberate process produces work that lasts.
Maintenance and support for existing PHP and Perl web applications, through WSW3 Networks.
Custom 24/7 support for businesses and professionals.
Traditional, handmade photogravure and intaglio prints, produced through Intaglio Editions and Timeless Prints.
Chronosynthesis operates a small set of studios, each focused on one part of business services we offer.
